Thank you for purchasing from 2NDs. We are committed to providing high-quality watches, products and a transparent, fair customer experience. Please read this refund policy carefully before making your purchase.
When Refunds May Be Granted
Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis only in the following situations:
- The product was not delivered or is inaccessible due to a technical issue on our end.
- The product is damaged and this needs to be reported within 48 hours of delivery to arrange recollection.
- A duplicate purchase was made in error due to a technical error.
If you believe your case qualifies, please contact us within 14 days of purchase at 2nds.seconds@gmail.com or using the contact form at the base of the page. Include your order number and a clear description of the issue and we will aim to reply in 12-24 hours.
Consumer Rights Compliance
We comply with consumer protection laws in all major jurisdictions, including:
United Kingdom & European Union
Under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and EU Consumer Rights Directive, you may be entitled to a refund if your product is faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose.
Tampering with purchased products, you acknowledge that you waive your 14-day right to cancel under consumer contract regulations.
Only in Exceptional Circumstances will we accept return requests when the product/s have been used since purchase.
United States & International
Refund rights vary by region. We honour all local laws that apply to Physical Products.
Refunds Will Not Be Issued For
- Change of mind with your purchase (only in exceptional circumstances).
- Specifications of a Product that do not fit your criteria (E.G. Size of Watch - doesn't fit, or different colours to shown on site). We will only accept returns with these issues if it is our mistake, and the product has been advertised incorrectly by a noticeable amount of the wrong specification has been entered on the point of sale page.
- User error or failure to follow usage instructions.
- Misuse, product redistribution or damage outside of any product warranty periods.
We reserve the right to deny any refund request that does not meet our policy terms.
