Shipping

How long does delivery take?

All delivery information is available on the checkout page, and we will update this section after we gather more estimates and average delivery times.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes — we ship globally. We aim to make it as accessible as possible for you to get your dream timepiece.

How do I track my order?

A tracking link is sent by email once your order has been dispatched. We are actively working on integration between the shipping providers and 2NDs, which will make shipping information available directly on the 2NDs website in the future.

Returns

What is your return window?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all documentation.

How do I start a return?

Log in to your account, navigate to your order history, and select 'Request return.' 2NDs aims to respond to your request in 24-48 hours of notification. If we respond after 30 days but you, the customer, notified us before the time period, your request is still valid.

When will my refund be processed?

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 business days of us receiving the returned item.

Payments

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All transactions are SSL encrypted.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. We are fully PCI DSS compliant and never store your card details on our servers.

Do you offer instalment plans?

We are working to apply instalment plans to our payment system, but we believe watches are a luxury, not a necessity, so buy what you can afford.

Orders

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Orders can be cancelled or modified within 1 hour of placement. After this window the order enters fulfilment and changes may not be possible - however please E-Mail and we may be able to assist you and cancel your order or make amendments if required.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Please photograph the damage and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange to have the damages reported and ensure that your purchase is in satisfactory condition as soon as possible.

Can I change my delivery address?

Address changes are possible - Contact our store E-Mail with the Subject 'ADDRESS CHANGE' and we will make sure this is amended before the packaging and Shipping process commences.

How do I reset my password?

Click 'Forgot password' on the login page and enter your email address. A reset link will be sent within a few minutes.
